We like to get the day off to a good start with our hearty, healthy buffet breakfast held on our gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea. Our Chef de Patisserie, Gianni, will tempt you with his fresh croissants straight from the oven, all kinds of cakes and sweet treats, a wide selection of homemade marmelades and jams to spread over fresh warm bread, not to mention the vast selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and fruit juices. If you prefer a savoury breakfast, we'll cook your eggs for you there and then in our show cooking corner, as well as providing a selection of cheeses and cured meats. We also provide gluten-free and bio products to cater for anyone with special dietary requirements.
Our restaurant boasts an exceptional a la carte menu, serving dishes exlusively chosen on the basis of the best daily produce from the local market – all carefully prepared by our highly skilled Chef Michele. Our restaurant has always been one of our strong points: as a family, we are proud of our passion for research and innovation, spanning decades, without ever moving too far away from our traditional roots.
And that's not forgetting our extensive and sophisticated wine list.
Every Saturday evening, there's a large buffet on the terrance overlooking the sea.
We are more than happy to cater for any particular requests or dietary requirements, especially for children or those suffering from food allergies or intolerances. If you just can't do without eating out in the fresh air, our bar-restaurant “Al Sole” serves a lunchtime a la carte menu as well as preparing snacks throughout the day.
